Once along,

I met a stranger.

But it felt like,

I saw him.

Someone from,

The days past.

But where?

Then he spoke,

Oh, how have you been?

How’s it going?

Oh, it has indeed,

A long time been

I said, yes.

I have seen you,

But where?

Then as the great sages,

Were enlightened,

So was I too.

He told me,

of the days past,

Of which,

I remembered,

Only a few.

But the memory of him,

Came back,

Like a jewel rediscovered.

One shined and polished,

Yet lost in time.

As I bid adieu to him,

I thought,

How lives change?

How paths divert?

But still they meet,

Somewhere along the way.

What should a man do?

Keep his own path?

Or pave it,

To never divert,

From his close ones.

Because the path will lead him,

But where?
